Responsibilities

Be the first to answer calls from end-users with an IT problem on the Service Desk.

Log, monitor and close Service Desk tickets on time and with precision to meet SLA’s.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems to reduce downtime and disruption.

Work with the internal teams of IT for escalation and resolution of more complex situations.

Eligibility criteria

Students graduating in 2025 and 2026 from any of the streams UG (Bcom,BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, B.Voc., BMS etc.)

Note: Students who are currently enrolled into full time post graduate courses are not eligible.

Students should have not less than 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (rounding off 49.9% is not accepted).

All recruits must have at least 50% aggregate in the pursuing degree and no standing arrears as of when he/she joins.

Students had on line apply for the re-evaluation and it would have been validated with the initial result score declared.

Conversion of CGPA to %: A conversion shall be conducted according to the norms of the University where a candidate is pursuing his/her graduation.
